What is Cledara Agent?
Cledara Agent is an add-on for Cledara, the software subscription management platform built for finance teams. It signs in to the SaaS and AI tools you connect and does the admin: it collects the invoices nobody emails you, sets up new joiners, takes back paid seats nobody uses and removes leavers, with your approval.
How does it collect invoices that are not emailed to you?
Many vendors keep invoices on the billing page of their app instead of emailing them. Cledara Agent signs in to that page, downloads the invoice and matches it to the card payment in Cledara, ready to sync to Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite or Tripletex.
Which tools does Cledara Agent work with?
It works with 8,000+ SaaS and AI tools, including Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Notion, Figma, Claude and OpenAI. You choose which tools it can use and which jobs it does in each one.
Does it change anything without my approval?
No. It only works in the tools you connect and only does the jobs you switch on. Each change waits for your approval, unless you set a standing approval for routine work such as collecting invoices or removing leavers.
How does it know when someone joins or leaves?
Cledara connects to your HR system, including BambooHR, HiBob, Personio and 30+ others. When someone joins or leaves, Cledara suggests the tools to add or remove based on their team, and Cledara Agent does it once you approve.
Is it secure?
Cledara is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. The sign-in details you give Cledara Agent are stored encrypted, in a separate vault for your company, and it never signs in to a tool you haven't connected.
